INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP

In June 2024, Green Gold Energy has signed a collaboration agreement with Kamisato Corporation for a solar and BESS project in Waterloo, South Australia, with a designed capacity of 4MW PV & 5.5MWh BESS. This partnership aims to support Kamisato Corporation in achieving its goals of contributing to a sustainable society, enhancing corporate value, and aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.

In December 2024, Green Gold Energy signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (PECC2) in Adelaide. This collaboration will cover a wide range of activities, including development, investment, adoption of advanced technologies, consulting, and advisory services. It also encompasses EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services and the efficient operation and maintenance of power transmission and renewable energy projects across Australia.

EPC PROJECT MILESTONES

Developed and had its EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services provided by Green Gold Energy, this project was commissioned on July 23, 2024

In July 2024, we received development approval for our largest Solar & BESS project yet, 130MWdc, 91.7MWh, spanning 622 hectares.

  • Ready-to-Build: Maungaturoto Solar Farm, 21MWdc, New Zealand

With construction scheduled to begin in January 2025, the 21MWdc Maungaturoto Solar Farm has completed its planning and site investigations. Our in-house EPC team has secured a key role in the project, handling part of the electrical installation. This milestone extends our footprint beyond Australia, reinforcing the significant contributions of our EPC team to the global renewable energy sector.

Since Green Gold Energy has signed a contract with Sunshine Beach Resort and Residence, an award-winning beachfront development in Phuket, for a 1MW rooftop solar power system. Our in-house EPC team has commenced work on this Microgrid project which includes a rooftop solar power system, a Battery Energy Storage System, and EV charging stations.

  • Development in Progress: Port Paterson BESS, 270MW, 540MWh, Australia

This groundbreaking Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project represents a pivotal step toward achieving a zero-carbon future. Designed exclusively as a BESS project, it highlights the growing reliance on energy storage solutions to stabilize renewable energy supply. Developed by our skilled in-house EPC team, the project is currently in the development phase, paving the groundwork for future progress.
